Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Reliability Coordinator for the Monticello TimberStrand facility in Monticello, Arkansas. The role supports the Reliability Manager, coordinating reliability activities, maintaining asset data, and tracking performance to enable operations and maintenance teams to complete work consistently.

The position requires experience in manufacturing reliability and maintenance, with strong data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across maintenance, operations and engineering

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, planning, technical administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Reliability Plan elements, including RCA, RCM, PM optimization, lubrication, oil analysis, vibration, infrared imaging, alignment and balancing.
• Coordinate predictive and preventive maintenance with maintenance, operations, planners and external providers.
• Maintain equipment and asset hierarchy, maintenance strategy, bill of material and job plan information in the CMMS.
• Track reliability work, findings, corrective actions and due dates; communicate status.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reliability reports, meeting materials and schedules for reviews.
• Facilitate RCA investigations and document approved corrective actions.
• Support PM optimization and ensure updated tasks in systems.
• Coordinate condition-monitoring routes and record inspection results; escalate when needed.
• Promote service quality, reliability and flawless job execution through field engagement.
