Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead continuous improvement across Operations Maintenance. You will apply Lean and World-Class Manufacturing principles to reduce losses, improve reliability, and standardize maintenance practices.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem solving, and the development of proactive maintenance strategies such as CBM and SMPs to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean/TPM/WCM in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance improvements and document SMPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development and implementation of Professional Maintenance principles, tools, and best practices.
• Apply engineering methods to reduce equipment failures and maximize reliability.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic machine issues using data.
• Develop and advance Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Create and update Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) and related drawings/schematics.
• Collaborate across departments as the main interface for Professional Maintenance activities and reliability data.
