Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance optimization across electrical and mechanical equipment; analyze failure modes and update maintenance standards.
• Define a repeatable method to challenge maintenance tasks with failure mode and consequences.
• Collaborate with monitoring, controls, and planning teams to replace inspections with telemetry where data supports.
• Own high-stakes maintenance decisions and defend changes.
• Coach TPMs to apply rigorous failure-mode thinking across programs.
