Amazon Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Optimization Technical Program Manager to own how AWS data center infrastructure is maintained, including what tasks are done, at what interval, and with which controls.

You will apply reliability-centered maintenance thinking at fleet scale and drive data-driven decisions that reduce manual inspections. You will lead cross-functional teams across monitoring, controls, and maintenance-planning, defining repeatable methods, evaluating telemetry options, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance optimization across electrical and mechanical equipment classes.
• Define a repeatable method to challenge maintenance tasks using failure mode and telemetry.
• Drive decisions with monitoring, controls and maintenance-planning teams, enabling data-driven choices.
