Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Operations Analyst, Reliability (Starship) to develop AI-driven tooling, dashboards, and data pipelines that improve build-to-flight reliability. You will work with production, design, reliability, and software teams to turn data into actionable insights and support mission success.

The role focuses on predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and scalable data infrastructures to reduce failures and optimize performance on Starship programs. Some extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years building metric dashboards.
• 1+ years building data structures and query optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify reliability opportunities using AI/LLMs and predictive analytics.
• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards for build metrics and flight indicators.
• Improve data pipelines and integration with user workflows across production teams.
• Develop KPIs for build health and flight risk and analyze datasets with SQL/Python.
