Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.
- 5+ years in maintenance engineering or reliability roles in high-volume environments.
- Hands-on with equipment control systems and industrial automation.
- Ability to read schematics, P&ID, GD&T and OEM manuals.
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo, SAP, Infor) and data tools (SQL/PowerBI).
Responsibilities
- Own maintenance and reliability programs to maximize asset availability.
- Develop ROI-driven reliability improvements and KPI tracking.
- Define preventive maintenance tasks and parts selection.
- Integrate equipment with IoT for real-time monitoring and sensors.
- Perform RCA and FMECA to reduce failures and downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design iterations and overhauls.
- Support onboarding of new equipment and release reliability programs.
