Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system monitoring and reporting within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with application and infrastructure monitoring/administration.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong documentation skills using Word, Excel, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications across production and QA environments to ensure availability and performance.
• Configure monitoring tools with alerting, notifications, ticketing, and log integrations.
• Perform availability checks and deliver routine status reporting.
• Support incident management by updating incident reports and assisting with investigations.
• Develop scripts and leverage automation to streamline monitoring and handovers.
