Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Specialist to join our team in Brentwood, Tennessee.

This role focuses on advanced IT support and leadership across multiple facilities, supporting critical business systems and applications in a fast-paced environment. The Lead Systems Specialist will perform advanced troubleshooting, manage incidents and requests, and ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college/university.
• 6+ years of experience in computer, software, and networking troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of Service Desk Support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications/M365.
• Experience with computer/user setup and printing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead-level IT support across facilities, Tier 2 support, and problem management.
• Reviews, tracks, and processes service incidents and requests while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting across computers, networking, storage, software, and various technology platforms.
