Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe ceremonies, coordinate planning across multiple Scrum teams, and drive program execution for cloud platform initiatives.

You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, and engineering leaders to ensure feature readiness, manage risks and dependencies, and foster continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, Scrum Master, RTE, TPM, or related roles.
• 3+ years serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager.
• Strong SAFe Agile experience including PI Planning and ART execution.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams in large-scale Agile environments.
• Cloud platform experience preferred.
• Med device or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across distributed engineering teams and stakeholders
• Support Agile teams that may not have dedicated Scrum Master resources
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reinforce Agile and SAFe operating practices
• Provide leadership visibility into program execution, risks, dependencies, and delivery health
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Quality, Verification, and Program Management functions to ensure successful releases

Requirements

• SAFe certification a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
