Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as an RTE in scaled Agile environments.
• Experience coordinating Agile Release Trains across 5–6 teams.
• Proficiency with Jira or Rally project tools.
• Experience with SAP integration projects.

Insight Global is looking for a Release Train Engineer to join their team, preferably onsite in Central CT but can be remote for the right candidate. The project is focused around replacing their old ERP software and organize the business program in the process. There will also be data conversions and integrations with other asset management software in the process. The RTE will be expected to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains across 5-6 teams. This role requires a mindset focused on being agile rather than just doing agile, with flexibility to adapt frameworks rather than rigidly following processes. The RTE will facilitate program-level ceremonies, manage dependencies, and ensure value delivery to customers and stakeholders. The candidate must excel in stakeholder communication, including the ability to influence and push back when necessary, and demonstrate experience in delivering successful Agile projects at scale.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
