Job summary

Livingston is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee Release Operations, schedule shifts, and manage productivity to ensure timely release and rating in line with service standards. You will work under the Production Manager to coordinate personnel, train staff, and maintain client satisfaction.

The role requires 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CCS certification progress for advancement. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• CCS designation in progress or completed is required for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Release Pool staff on a day-to-day basis and coach team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely release and classification of shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with Managers, Service Delivery, clients and carriers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client service and operations.
• Support implementation of new regulations and continuous improvement initiatives.
