Apple’s Software Engineering Release Operations team is looking for a high-energy, collaborative, and creative Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) who will support software engineering teams throughout the company.

**Description**
You understand new technologies quickly, identify and address process issues, build and refine systems to ensure data reporting integrity, and are able to clearly communicate requirements and status at all levels. This job requires excellent communication skills to work within and outside Software Engineering, including partnership across the iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS program management teams. This role includes working with our project management, engineering and leadership teams to help define, organize, and track performance of releases at large.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 1 - 2 years project management experience in an engineering environment
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication
+ Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
+ Acute attention to detail, with the ability to distill essential details for moving projects forward
+ Strong ability to filter and distill relevant information for diverse audiences
+ Adaptable in creating and executing plans in a constantly changing/evolving environment
+ Excellent time management skills; you love to prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to be more effective
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Programming/scripting experience is highly desirable
+ Demonstration of strong presentation skills
+ Inquisitive and curious about exploring new ideas, methods, and processes
+ Excited by the prospect of highly-collaborative work on a high-performing team
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,518 and $178,600 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
