You will perform Release of Information and Research & Review clerical tasks, ensure complete and timely data distribution, and comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state requirements within the Health Information Services Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some health information management coursework preferred.
• Two years of general office experience required.
• One year of Release of Information experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Release of Information requests in a timely and confidential manner.
• Maintain accurate Health Information records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Perform general clerical duties within the Health Information Services Department.
