Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program and advancing toward junior year in CS/SE or related field.
• Basic understanding of Git and scripting in Python or Bash.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; curious about process inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ServiceNow and Jira ticket history to identify recurring, manual-effort issues for automation.
• Build a working automation, script, or self-service tool for at least one high-volume ticket type.
• Help build and maintain software build and release process with a focus on self-service.
• Support release tracking and day-to-day ticket triage, and document runbooks.
• Sit in on standups, planning, and retrospectives and collaborate with engineering, QA, and support teams.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
