Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Student, Intern-Relay Settings Design Engineering for Summer 2026 in New Orleans, LA. You will assist engineers with substation scopes, review relay settings, and help develop project estimates.

Expect hands-on experience with Primavera and power-system tools while supporting protection design and field coordination. Ideal candidates are Electrical Engineering majors (junior/senior) with a minimum 2.8 GPA and a May 2027 or later graduation date.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review relay settings and assist in scoping substation projects.
• Model power systems and maintain relay fault analysis master model.
• Develop relay settings for substation protection and coordinate with teams.
• Utilize Primavera for project schedules and support CPT standards.
