Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Student Intern Engineering Summer 2027 in Baton Rouge, LA. You will assist engineers with design work, modeling, and project coordination, and gain exposure to grid reliability and analysis activities.

Junior or senior Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil engineering students pursuing a bachelor’s, masters, or PhD—graduation December 2027 or later—are preferred. Onsite work with travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing an engineering degree and sophomore status or beyond.
• Preferred graduation December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with day-to-day design tasks and site visits.
• Model survey data and prepare IFC design packages.
• Support project coordination calls and data analysis efforts.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
