Credit Union ONE is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented teller to serve members and process routine transactions. You will listen to member needs, explain available products, and resolve any account questions with accuracy and care.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable with background checks. Prior experience in retail, banking, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and assess their needs.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) accurately and per policies.
• Identify member needs for additional services and explain products accordingly.
• Assist members with questions or problems regarding their accounts.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer with computer data.
• Sell/cross-sell additional products or services.
