Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit in Safford, AZ is seeking a Relationship Manager I or II to join the Arizona Lending and Insurance team. Compensation includes Level I: 66,200–99,900 base; Level II: 72,600–125,200 base, with annual incentive targets of 12% (Level I) or 15% (Level II). Relocation assistance is provided.

We are in search of a Relationship Manager I or Relationship Manager II to join our Arizona Lending and Insurance department in Safford. Arizona. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Lending and is accountable for supporting the provision of high quality, profitable, and constructive credit and related services to customers.

Compensation Information

The base salary range for this position in Safford, Arizona is:

Level I:
Typical starting range: $66,200 - $88,700
Full base salary range: $66,200 - $99,900
Annual performance-based incentive target is 12% of base.

Level II:
Typical starting range: $72,600 - $97,800
Full base salary range: $72,600 - $125,200
Annual performance-based incentive target is 15% of base.
