Job summary

Masis Professional Group, on behalf of its Connecticut-based client, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for a fiduciary RIA. You will use Fidelity and Pershing systems to service a sophisticated client base and help scale the practice.

The role offers a clear path to management and includes leading an Operations Council, backing the primary RM during high-volume onboarding, training RMs and AFAs, handling asset movements, and coordinating with custodians on operational issues.

Qualifications

• Established RIA in CT seeks experienced Relationship Manager.
• Knowledge of Fidelity and Pershing systems is required or strongly preferred.
• Series 65 preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operations Council Lead – review/write policies and procedures.
• Primary RM Backup – manage high-volume onboarding and overflow.
• Train new RMs and AFAs to maintain service quality.
• Primary for all Asset Movements and related processes.
• Research and respond to margin calls, debits, NSF and other alerts.
• Point of contact for Custodians on Operational Issues.
• Review Custodial bulletins and distribute information.
• Point of contact for House/Terminated Accounts.
