Job summary

United Bank of Michigan Wayland is seeking a Relationship Manager. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, processing transactions, and guiding customers toward banking solutions that meet their financial goals.

You will supervise daily branch operations, coach staff, and coordinate service delivery while ensuring compliance and a positive customer experience in a full-time position at the Wayland location.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year related banking experience.
• To register and maintain NMLS Unique Identifying Number.
• Regular standing and walking; able to talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs, process transactions and manage accounts.
• Cross-sell services and refer to affiliates as appropriate.
• Coordinate branch staff, supervise daily operations and coach employees.
