Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Relationship Manager II - Retirement Plans to join our team remotely in the United States. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with advisors and channel partners, providing plan design guidance, investment support, and ensuring strong client retention across a portfolio of retirement plans.

You will coordinate new client implementations, lead enrollment and education efforts, and support plan sponsors and participants through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relationship management experience in retirement plans.
• Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments.
• Series 6/7 and Series 63 or Series 65 required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage standalone plans and private label pooled employer plans effectively.
• Act as a liaison to address customer needs and initiate plan improvements.

• Oversee the enrollment and education process, including virtual meetings and on-site employee sessions.

For our client, we are seeking a Relationship Manager II - Retirement Plans to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will manage and grow relationships with advisors and channel partners while supporting retirement plan clients through consultative service and proactive communication. The position focuses on plan design guidance, investment support, and strong client retention across a portfolio of retirement plans. You will also coordinate new client implementations and lead enrollment and education efforts that help deliver a smooth experience for plan sponsors and participants. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 annually
