• Strong lending and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly performance-based goals.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to attract new business and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire and service business relationships, including deposits, treasury management, loans, and credit products.
• Expand client base by networking, referrals, and targeting local prospects.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and coach for advancement.
