We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of account management, maintaining high customer renewal rates as a result of outstanding customer engagement at all levels of their clients’ organizations. As Grata’s lead contact for your assigned accounts, you are responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving customer ROI, becoming a trusted advisor to each of your clients. Your primary goal will be driving commercial success across your accounts.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our New York City office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The OTE salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
The OTE (On-Target Earnings) for the role is $130,000.00 - $140,000.00
