Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Destin, FL. This role is responsible for building, managing, and deepening client relationships by understanding financial needs, recommending appropriate banking products and services, and ensuring a positive client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a client portfolio, conducting regular check-ins, managing loan and deposit accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly. The Relationship Manager will identify new business opportunities, prepare and present proposals, support credit and underwriting processes, and monitor account performance and risk. The role also involves maintaining thorough documentation, adhering to regulatory and internal policies, and participating in local community and business development activities.

• Working knowledge of banking products, lending practices, and regulatory requirements; proficiency with banking systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Knoxville, TN, and participate in local networking and community events to support business growth.
