Job summary

Resource Bank seeks a Relationship Manager to guide customers through opening accounts and choosing banking services. You will collect required information, explain online and branch offerings, and direct clients to the right specialists for tailored financial solutions.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling deposits, accounts, and documentation within a retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5+ years in banking with at least 2 years in Relationship Manager roles.
• Experience serving customers in a branch retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers of procedures for applying for services such as ATM or debit cards, direct deposit of checks and certificates of deposit.
• Obtain customer information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes.
• Answer customers' questions, and explain available services such as deposit accounts, Online banking, mobile banking, etc.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to meet their financial needs.
• Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into computers, and file related forms or other documents.
• Investigate and refer errors to appropriate bank personnel.
• Perform Personal Banker duties as needed.
• Assist in teller/vault audits when needed.
• All other duties assigned.

Experience and Education

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); 5+ years of banking (branch) experience, with at least 2 years of Relationship Manager (CSR) related experience.
