Job description

Join to apply for the Relationship Manager, Client Experience role at Imagine360.

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Client Experience team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, providing superior service to brokers and employers in your portfolio. Responsibilities include member education, client communication plans, and program analytics. You will communicate regularly with employer HR professionals and broker partners to resolve issues in administering healthcare benefit plans using a reference-based pricing model. The goal is to earn client renewals annually and maintain loyalty with brokers.

This position aims to add value to clients and enhance their experience, serving as a trusted advisor. It involves coordinating internal support services to ensure successful plan implementation and ongoing satisfaction, leading to client renewal each year. You will act as a liaison among staff, clients, brokers, and vendors, requiring a comprehensive understanding of client benefit plan design. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to increase revenue for Imagine360 while improving plan outcomes.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Accountable for the overall administration, retention, and growth of your portfolio.
  2. Manage onboarding of new plans and educate clients on related products and services.
  3. Support clients through annual renewals, including renewal of TPA services, stop loss coverage, claims review, and audits.
  4. Conduct regular client meetings to report activity, trends, and recommend improvements.
  5. Create ongoing education programs and marketing tools for clients/members.
  6. Participate in health fairs, conduct onsite or virtual presentations, and guide employee enrollment meetings.
  7. Inform and educate clients about coverage details, exclusions, and exposures.
  8. Adapt and incorporate new duties related to client satisfaction as assigned.
Required Experience / Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance agency or TPA, focusing on employee benefits and self-funded medical plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Commitment to skill development and fostering a positive work environment.
Licenses or Certifications:

Must obtain Life and Disability Producer's License within six months of probation.
