United Bank Of Michigan Group is seeking a Relationship Manager - All Region Float to strengthen customer relationships and help clients meet financial goals. The role emphasizes loans, new accounts, cross-selling, and resolving issues while coordinating branch tasks and reporting to leadership.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with 6 months to 1 year of banking experience and NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year related banking experience and/or training.
• To register and maintain NMLS Unique Identifying Number.
• Regular standing and walking; utilizing hands & arms; ability to talk & hear.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs, including processing transactions and managing accounts.
• Refer to affiliates and coordinate branch activities.
• Cross-sell services and resolve problems; coordinate work for branch staff.
• Coach and develop branch employees to improve customer experience and retention.
