United Bank of Michigan is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Dorr, MI branch. The role involves building strong customer relationships, helping customers meet financial goals, and coordinating daily branch operations.

You will cross-sell services, handle transactions, and support staff in delivering exceptional service. The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and an active NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• To register and maintain NMLS Unique Identifying Number.
• Regular standing and walking; Utilizing hands & arms; Ability to talk & hear.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them meet financial objectives.
• Assist customers with banking needs: processing transactions, managing accounts, referrals to affiliates.
• Open new accounts, make loans, cross-sell services, and resolve problems.
• Coordinate branch staff work assignments and supervise daily branch operations.
• Coach and develop branch employees to enhance performance and service quality.
