Junior Achievement North is seeking a Relationship Manager for Central Minnesota to build and deepen community partnerships, generate funding, and engage corporate partners through programs and events.
The role requires 3–5 years of fundraising experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to travel region-wide. Located in Central Minnesota with occasional statewide tasks, it offers full-time benefits and a compensation range of $55,000–$65,000.

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time position that helps manage and grow critical community relationships with the goal of developing strong program partnerships, fundraising opportunities, and corporate employee engagement. Candidates will be strong individual contributors who have a history of meeting and exceeding fundraising goals and who value working collaboratively across teams. This is a multi-faceted position that will help expand the JA footprint in Central Minnesota while simultaneously working to generate funding for JA programs and engage new or emerging partners (as identified by the Director of Regional Advancement) in volunteerism, events, and employee giving.
The Relationship Manager is a skilled relationship builder and steward of community partnerships and has experience establishing new partnerships. The ideal candidate will be deeply engaged in many communities throughout Central Minnesota, especially in the St. Cloud area. The Relationship Manager is a member of the Regional Advancement team, reporting to the Director of Regional Advancement.
