Confidential in Warrendale is seeking a client relations professional to manage existing client partnerships and source qualified candidates. You will act as the main liaison, ensuring timely responses and smooth communication with clients across engagements.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will present top candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive client satisfaction through proactive service and precise record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing requirements.
• Identify and prospect new clients to expand the agency’s client base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients and candidates.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, placements, and contractual agreements.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
