Relationship Manager - Wealth and Retail Banking

As a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives. You will provide exceptional customer service by offering financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

About Wealth and Retail Banking

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves over 11 million clients across fast-growing markets. Our services range from Mass Retail to Affluent clients, including high-net-worth individuals through our Private Bank. We leverage digital channels combined with personalized service to offer products such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and tailored advice. We also support small business banking needs.

  • Organize and follow up on leads, complete and record appointments, and close customer requests.
  • Support clients in meeting their financial needs throughout their life stages.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' financial goals to grow, manage, and protect their wealth with suitable investment solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new products, and campaigns.
  • Possess banking knowledge and sales experience.
