White Label Storage is a fast-growing self-storage management company offering best-in-class operations, reporting, and technology to independent storage owners. We operate behind the scenes on behalf of our clients, allowing them to keep their branding while we run their facilities with professionalism, transparency, and care.
We manage properties across the country and are scaling quickly. Our team is fully remote, and we’re looking for mission-driven operators who are comfortable in high-growth environments and motivated by client success.
Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of our self-storage clients—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our partnership. You’ll oversee both the client relationship and the execution of operational deliverables, working cross-functionally with site managers and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and building relationships—and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
