White Label Storage is a fast-growing self-storage management company offering best-in-class operations, reporting, and technology to independent storage owners. We operate behind the scenes on behalf of our clients, allowing them to keep their branding while we run their facilities with professionalism, transparency, and care.

We manage properties across the country and are scaling quickly. Our team is fully remote, and we’re looking for mission-driven operators who are comfortable in high-growth environments and motivated by client success.

Role Overview:

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of our self-storage clients—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our partnership. You’ll oversee both the client relationship and the execution of operational deliverables, working cross-functionally with site managers and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and building relationships—and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own relationships with a portfolio of self-storage clients
• Ensure monthly reporting and performance updates are delivered on time and clearly explained
• Proactively identify risks, issues, or inefficiencies and drive resolutions
• Serve as the voice of the client internally—ensuring our teams stay aligned with expectations
• Create documentation, playbooks, and client-tailored playbooks as we scale
• Help identify ways to improve the client experience, our tools, and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10 years in client success, implementation, or operations roles (B2B SaaS, tech enabled services, or ops-driven environments preferred)
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and improving customer-facing processes
• Command over financial metrics and a high bar for client-facing materials
• Comfortable using (and improving) reporting tools and internal systems
• Startup mindset—someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $75,000-$95,000 plus bonus
• Health insurance and 401(k) matching
• 3 weeks PTO and unlimited sick days
• Remote (U.S. based)
