Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate knowledge of MSME lending and local market opportunities. This position is based at Vapi, Gujarat.

Position Relationship Manager :MSME Position Purpose :

To drive the growth and profitability of the MSME loan segment by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with institutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction overseeing the end-to-end process of MSME loan applications to achieve targeted business outcomes

Business Target Achievement Monthly Basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for leads generation and completion of target.
2. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
3. Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region
4. Work closely internally with Bank teams for new customers addition.
5. To understand client business models, trade related activities etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships
6. Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.

Job Specific Skills

• Should hold knowledge of MSME/Agri Loan
• Solid understanding of the potential of the local market
• Manage tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
