Job summary

The Relationship Manager will join the 1000heads Relationships team in New York or Los Angeles, overseeing influencer relationships for a variety of brands. You will work with Accounts, Insights, Creative, and Strategy to deliver social-first campaigns, ensuring strong client outcomes.

This role requires 3-4 years in account handling or influencer management, a Bachelor Degree, and a proven ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and complex campaigns while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of social platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations.
• Building influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication.
• Help lead Profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience.
• Responsible for ensuring the Profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered to.
• Maintaining a consistent understanding & competence on Profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Influential Voices.
• Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations.
• Working along with team to develop, innovative, bring creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
• Responsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenance.
• Track budgets, manage invoices, administer legal agreements and ensure compliance.
• Overseeing Event and activation planning, execution and performance.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the ability to adapt rapidly to changes.
• Foster relationships with influencers and maintain an ear to the ground for new creators to collaborate with.
• Ensuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure

The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, experts managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Creative, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

Role

The Relationship Manager will work across the business and help manage influencer relationships for a variety of brands. This Includes: strategy, influencer engagement, content management, FTC monitoring and measurement projections/reports.

• 3-4 years account handling or influencer management experience.
• Agency and equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the influencer landscape a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Social Platform proficiency
• Understanding of complex information with a problem solving approach
• Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization are key to this role
• Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure
• Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity

SALARY RANGE
