Job summary

1000heads seeks a Senior Relationship Executive to support influencer relationships across brands, under supervision of the Senior Relationship Manager. responsibilities include strategy, profiling, engagement, content management, FTC monitoring, and measurement reports.

The role is hybrid with 2 days in office; 1–3 years of influencer management experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required. Knowledge of the influencer landscape, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Google

• Draft influencer contracts, manage invoices, and track budgets.

Job description

The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, experts managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Creative, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

The Senior Relationship Executive works alongside the Senior Relationship Manager to support influencer relationships across a variety of brands and to help secure strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, social engagement and revenue. This includes: strategy, profiling, influencer engagement, content management, FTC monitoring and measurement projections/reports.

Responsibilities

• Research, source, and vet creators against campaign briefs, to identify and verify influential voices who genuinely fit the brand
• Vet voices against brand safety guidelines, engagement rates, view rates, etc.
• Updating internal trackers and databases to ensure accuracy
• Assist with building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations
• Assist with building influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication
• Responsible for the timely response of all communication with influencers and on-going relationship maintenance
• Assist with creating creator briefs to ensure the creators have a clear understanding of campaign objectives
• Assist with coordinating influencer travel logistics
• Drafting influencer contracts, manage invoices, track budgets, and support campaign recap and reporting
• Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the ability to adapt rapidly to changes.

• This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in a location that is commutable to the office
• 1-3 years account handling or influencer management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Agency and equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the influencer landscape a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Social Platform proficiency
• Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization are key to this role
• Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of complex information with a problem solving approach

SALARY RANGE

$70,000-$80,000 annual salary
