Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions accurately, and apply a consultative needs-based sales approach to open new accounts and deepen existing relationships.

In this role you will cross-sell HVCU products and collaborate with branch teams to meet member needs while adhering to policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• NYS Notary Public license within 12 months of hire required
• NMLS registration required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience in financial or retail environment required
• Previous teller or cash handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and educate members on efficient channels.
• Handle large volumes of cash and assist with branch operations tasks.
• Open new memberships, accounts, loans, and process related transactions; refer to partners as needed.
• Cross-sell Hudson Valley Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; participate in training and development.
