You will cross-sell products, refer to branch partners, participate in training to advance product knowledge, and support marketing programs. Strong attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Notary Public license within 12 months is required.
• NMLS registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and educate members on channels.
• Handle large volumes of cash and assist with branch operations.
• Open new memberships, accounts, loans, and process transactions.
• Refer members to branch partners to meet needs.
• Cross-sell HVCU products and services.
• Develop product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Meet/exceed individual and team goals via the Sales & Service model.
