Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year banking and cash handling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Knowledge of Bank deposit and consumer loan products.
• Ability to persuade customers on banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and mail/night drop items.
• Provide comprehensive deposit services and open/close customer accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Assist with online banking, mobile banking, and account maintenance issues.
• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services; follow up with customers.
