Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Bank deposit products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of Bank's standard loan products.
• Knowledge of small business and consumer credit principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive deposit services to individuals, fiduciary, and small businesses in a Retail branch.
• Open and close customer accounts including checking, savings, money markets, CDs, and IRAs.
• Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other complex account issues.
• Process routine teller transactions and service customers with secure procedures.
• Balance cash and manage cash orders; balance at end of shift.
• Receive and process loan applications and assist at other branches as needed.
• Promote banking products and services to meet customer needs.
• Perform notary and regulatory compliance tasks as required.
