Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank in Elizabeth, NJ seeks a Teller to support our mission of improving neighbors' financial lives. You will handle daily transactions, protect customer privacy, and promote bank products while building meaningful relationships with personal and business clients.

You will work with your Manager on Pathways progression, participate in quarterly sales & service incentives, and travel regionally as needed to support customers and training.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy with MS Office, Internet, and bank systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance: protect privacy, process transactions, follow cash handling and risk controls.
• Grow Consumer Relationships through inbound calls, drive-thru interactions, and referrals.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships via outbound calls and partner referrals.
• Engage in Personal Development and Pathways progression, trainings and product knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding Customer Experience by living the company values and ensuring effective problem resolution.
