Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains positive relations with customers and potential customers.
• Follows teller cash handling policies and ensures accuracy of cash drawer.
• Balances cash daily and processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Identifies customer needs and cross-sells bank products or refers to an officer as needed.
• Opens and closes the teller window and vault as required.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to security and control standards.
• Trains new employees and assists co-workers as needed.
