Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains positive relations with customers and potential customers.
• Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
• Cross-sells bank products at every opportunity.
• Operates teller window to serve customers and process deposits, checks, and other transactions.
• Balances cash daily and follows teller over/short policy.
• Assists customers with self-service options and referrals to other services.
