Job summary

You will build relationships, identify opportunities to offer banking solutions, and participate in Pathways development while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting regional needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in client-centric sales with a track record of exceeding goals and delivering high client service.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy (MS Office, Internet, mobile banking tools).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Protect the privacy and security of customers and follow operations procedures.
• Engage customers to assess needs and expand relationships through conversations and referrals.
• Drive routine transactions, maintain cash controls, and mitigate risk per policies.
• Promote digital banking products and cross-sell financial solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues end-to-end.
