Responsibilities

• Coach team to deepen customer relationships, while delivering excellent customer service.
• Process all teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Establish new accounts, including consumer, business, retirement accounts, and collateral loans while following guidelines.
• Serve as sales champion for delivery channels and partner with business partners to support branch goals.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities for the assigned branch location.
