• Bachelor's degree in business/finance-related field or HS diploma with related mortgage/financial experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management.
• Self-motivated with persistence for a sales environment; comfortable using mortgage tech.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, self-sourced opportunities, and company-provided leads.
• Consult with borrowers to understand goals and recommend mortgage products and financing options.
• Take and complete mortgage loan applications and gather the documentation needed to move loans through the approval process.
• Review borrower financial and credit information and identify potential issues before submitting loans for processing and underwriting.
• Maintain regular communication with borrowers through the mortgage process and provide a high level of customer service from application through closing and beyond.
• Partner closely with internal teams to resolve issues and keep loans moving toward closing.
