The Training Associates (TTA) is seeking an experienced Talent Recruitment Partner in Marlborough, MA to identify, engage, and connect top Learning & Development professionals with client organizations. • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably placing contract or consulting professionals in staffing or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Find exceptional talent. Source, recruit, evaluate, and qualify experienced L&D professionals for contract and consulting opportunities across a variety of specialties.
• Build meaningful relationships. Develop lasting connections with talented professionals, understanding their expertise, interests, and career goals.
• Make the right match. Partner with our sales and project management teams to understand client needs and recommend professionals who are well-suited to each opportunity.
• Keep our talent network strong. Stay connected with existing professionals, keeping their skills, experience, and availability up to date.
• Think ahead. Proactively identify and engage talent for anticipated client needs and emerging areas of demand.
• Create a great candidate experience. Communicate clearly, coordinate interviews, provide timely updates, and make every interaction with TTA a positive one.
• Stay organized. Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruiting activity in our internal systems.
