Scion Staffing is seeking an Inside Appointment Setter for a Cincinnati-based commercial cleaning and facilities services company. This full-time, onsite role focuses on outbound prospecting and building relationships with commercial decision-makers to identify future opportunities.

The ideal candidate is personable, comfortable making consistent outbound calls (about 60 per day), and skilled at building a long-term pipeline through persistence, organization, and thoughtful follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective commercial accounts and initiate conversations with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships by understanding business needs and timelines.
• Identify contract expirations or when bids may be forthcoming.
• Establish follow-up schedules and reconnect when timing is relevant.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, contract dates, bid timing, next-touch dates, and opportunities size.
• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and nurture long-term pipeline.
