Job summary

ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling & Electric is expanding its sales team. We seek motivated, outgoing individuals with a passion for sales to help service existing accounts, develop new ones, and drive orders based on price lists and product demands.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and are able to collaborate with office and field staff to meet customer needs. A valid driver’s license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations and understand processes used to create reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Meeting/exceeding the highest quality standards for service.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
• Submit orders based on price lists and product demands.
• Maintaining communication with the company and customers.
• Negotiating with clients, following up/Accountability.
• Resolving customer concerns through investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• Expanding professional and technical knowledge.
• Engaging in continuing training, contributing to team effort by achieving personal and company goals.
