Qualifications

• Sales experience or 1-2 years industry experience or equivalent education
• CRM experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: network to gain referrals for at-need and pre-need arrangements
• Prospect 4 hours daily for activities and events
• Obtain referrals from families by follow-up visits
• Build relationships with families and provide solutions that add value
• Teamwork: collaborate with Funeral Director and staff to deliver high-quality service
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support families in time of grief with acts of kindness
