Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and propose lending solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, credit information, and collateral.
• Structure loan requests with clear recommendations and supporting analysis.
• Monitor loans for compliance and credit quality.
• Identify credit concerns and collaborate on solutions.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients and internal partners.
• Suggest referrals to treasury, deposits, and other bank services.
• Support deposit growth by maintaining operating account relationships.
